History

G1 Business Centre is the former Attercliffe library and Attercliffe baths. The building is located in a prominent position on Attercliffe road along a main arterial route in to Sheffield city centre. The new olympic legacy park is also in close proximity to G1.

The Building

After undergoing extensive renovation G1 Business centre now offers office spaces at a number of different sizes between 500 – 4000 sq.ft. The building has been brought back to life and is now fitted to a high specification.
